Join the Campaign to Draft Jay Leno as a Presidential Candidate!
Jay Leno would make a much better president than any Democratic or Republican candidate. That's why millions have joined the grassroots campaign to draft Jay as a presidential candidate.

Jay’s got what no other candidate can offer, the ability to make people laugh. His humor and insights on important issues show that Jay has the understanding, intelligence, and compassion to help Americans feel great about their country and themselves.

So join us and help draft Jay
Leno as our presidential candidate.

20-Year Old's E-Mail Sets Tone for Campaign's Younger Supporters

[Blog Editor's Note: The following e-mail was recieved by the Jay Leno for President campaign.]

I just turned twenty years old in April and am glad I'll be old enough to vote in the 2008 presidential election. I volunteer with the Jay Leno for President campaign in New Jersey. It has been a great experience and everyone at the campaign is super friendly and really enthusiastic.

When I found out there was a campaign to draft Jay Leno as a presidential candidate, I was really excited! I went to the campaign's website and learned a lot about the campaign and how I could help.

I got to work right away and hosted a "Let's Get Together to Watch The Tonight Show" party at my dorm room and about twenty people showed up. They're all big Jay Leno fans and everyone thought it was so cool that Jay might run for president.

Before the show started, I showed everyone the JayLenoforPresident website on my laptop and reading the different posts got us ready for the show. When Jay went on with his monologue and talked about some of the other candidates running for president, we all laughed because we knew Jay was probably just setting them up for him to announce he's going to run, just like it said on the website.

Once the show was over, we all decided Jay was the guy for us and each person there said they'd talk to more people about getting Jay drafted as a presidential candidate. Some kids said they'd mention it on Facebook or MySpace. One guy even said he'd try to come up with a short video for YouTube about it.

So, the Jay Leno for President campaign got a pretty good start at one Ivy League school in mid-May. One of my friends, a math major (no doubt) said that if the 20 people who came to our Jay Leno for President campaign party each got 20 people on Jay's side and each of them got 20 people, and those 20 each got 20 more, and then they each got 20 people, that would be 3.2 million Jay supporters! Not bad for one small dorm-room campaign party.

In fact, we're all saying, "To hell with the Republican and Democratic parties. We like our party. The Jay Leno Party."

I hope other college students and everyone else find out about the Jay Leno for President campaign. It would be so cool if he'd run for president. If the high level of interest we saw at our little party is any sign of things to come, Jay could get a lot of votes from people like us.

Go, Jay, Go!!!
